Enjoy an intimate evening in the beautiful Fore River Brewing tasting room. A four course menu has been designed to showcase the complexity and subtleties of a selection of Fore River's craft beer. This event is limited to 35 ticket holders and is the second in a series of closed access dinners offered throughout the year.

This event is done in collaboration with "Have Chef Will Travel" catering.


First Course:

Pairing: Salmon Tartar on Pumpernickel Toasts

Second Course:

Beer: Preble Kettle Sour

Pairing: Mini Baked Brie with Fig Jam served with Grilled Asparagus, Toasted Almonds and Roasted Red Beet salad

Third Course:

Beer: Lygonia IPA

Pairing: Spicy Grilled Chicken Thigh served with Cauliflower Mash

Fourth Course:

Beer: John Henry Milk Stout
