Flip combines local Maine and authentic European ingredients with French techniques and traditions.
Local: Everything on Flip’s menu is made with high-quality, authentic ingredients. When sourcing ingredients, we look first for local sources, and expand our search internationally for specialty items.
Authentic: Shawn and Jessica completed professional-level crêpier training and certification with Mme. Marie-Laure Maigne, Atelier de la Crêpe, Saint-Malo, France, exclusive trainer and culinary school for internationally acclaimed Breizh Café.
For at least one month per year in France, Shawn and Jessica continue their French culinary training and search for delicious and beautiful ingredients and products to bring back to their neighbors at Flip Crêperie.
Fresh: Everything on Flip’s menu is prepared in-house with high-quality ingredients that are whole or minimally processed.
